Reminds me of a southern tomato galett. I make several during fresh tomato season & freeze 4 or 5 for over the winter. I make mine with sautéed caramelized onions. I'm going to try your way when my tomatoes are harvested. Thanks! BEAUTIFUL 😍

Delicious. I have found just squeezing the cucumbers does not release enough liquid as my first try was too thin to suit me. I have only had it on a Gyros before so maybe it is suppose to be on the thiner side. Anyway, after squeezing I squeezed agan in some cheese cloth and then some paper towel, perfect for me.I made Flat Bread bread to go with this. They were so easy to make. With her other recipes I've made I'm beginning to feel as if I'm a bit Greek.
